I design & lead transformation at the intersection of strategy, design and governance.

For over two decades across Europe and the Middle East, I have guided companies, institutions, and cultural venues through complex transitions where creativity and structure must converge to create lasting value.

Former CEO of Prisme International, a creative agency I transformed into a leading regional powerhouse, and General Manager of La Commune, an innovative cultural platform, I now direct cultural and hybrid projects within WMH Project, including La Baleine (UN Ocean Conference 2025) 

My approach unites vision and rigour — strategic design, narrative systems, and experiential thinking — to turn ideas into coherent realities.

My work stems from a simple conviction: meaning is not a layer to add, but a structure to build.
